Shipping & Returns

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 5–12 business days after dispatch.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £85. Orders below this amount are usually charged at £3.95.

From time to time, selected products or launch offers may include Free UK Delivery, even if the order value is below £85. When this applies, the free delivery offer will be clearly shown on the product page, in the offer details, or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimated and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, customs processing or seasonal demand. Where items are fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages.

If your order is not right for you, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
