At Bauren, we aim to make delivery to the United Kingdom as clear and reliable as possible.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Shipping Rates

We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £85
  • Standard shipping for £3.95 on orders below £85

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • courier performance
  • local delivery conditions
  • customs processing
  • seasonal demand
  • bank holidays or other disruptions

Split Shipments

As some orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations or supplier facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

If this happens, there is no need for concern — the remaining items are still on their way.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Bauren is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has entered processing or has already been dispatched.
