At Bauren, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us within this 14-day period and clearly let us know that you wish to cancel your order.
Return Window
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item to us within 14 days.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and unworn
- in their original condition
- with tags and original packaging where possible
Please handle items with reasonable care. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what would normally be allowed in a shop.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for certain items unless they are faulty, including:
- personalised or custom-made items
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
- any other item excluded by applicable law
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may ask for photographs and order details so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will be entitled to an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, or evidence that it has been returned, we will inspect it and process your refund if eligible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.
Original Shipping Costs
If you cancel your order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the original standard delivery cost you paid, if applicable.
If you selected a delivery option that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour or item, the quickest option may be to place a new order and contact us regarding the return of the original item.
